Why are you exercising? What is the desired outcome you expect to have by exercising consistently? And how do you maintain a consistent exercise plan without falling off your routine? Follow me as I show you five strategies I use to stay consistent.
Weight loss can be achieved by any body willing to practice a balance of exercise and diet. Though some people may need some suplement or medical intervention, the majority of us do not need it. Yet, many of us are so willing to ingest slim teas, vinegar, and other substances that may be harmful to our bodies all with the hope of losing weight “quickly”.
You see, fear taught me that I wasn’t good enough, that my voice didn’t matter and that I needed people to like me. Fear told me not to try, not to explore, not to be. Fear told me I’m too young, too smart, and too beautiful to try. Fear said do enough to be here but don’t try to stand out.
